offer a variety of ‘small’ bowl and plate dishes that are
easily held for cocktail-style parties, and combined with several finger
food items this is really a meal in itself, but without the
restrictions of being seated.
a lovely ‘tapas’ basket of cruditees, spiced nuts, olives, baby mozzarella,
oven dried tomatoes and giant parmesan cheese straws served with aioli
selection of finger sandwiches with brie and cranberry, smoked salmon,
rosemary cured ham,etc-
borscht served with sour ceam and chives (in individual glasses)
chargrilled lamb skewers with redcurrant and rosemary
mini hamburgers with dill and relishes
chunks of juniper and gin cured salmon on silver forks with lime crème
fraiche
lamb rogan josh with basmati and mini poppadums (served in a white
china bowl with pewter spoon)
exotic fruit platters
mini chocolate cakes topped with a chocolate frosting & fresh raspberries
